Answers to FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!
Now that you’ve booked there are a few things that I want you to know that will help enhance your experience. Know that I cannot wait to meet you and that you are appreciated. Due to limited space and to ensure a peaceful, relaxing experience we can ideally only accommodate the person being serviced.
Consultations.
Consultations are required for first-time clients, you may book an in-person appointment or fill out an online form. Consults are one-on-one discussions about you and your hair! We cover current regimens and future styling options, products, and more. Consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes and can be scheduled here CurlyKinkyCouture.
Payments / Cancellations. At this time entering your credit card information is required to book a session. Having a wonderful clientele means appointments are booked quickly. To accommodate everyone I asked for 48 hour notice for canceling your appointment. Courtesy reminders are sent out 2 days before for your convenience.
An automatic fee will be charged to any late cancel, and no-shows. This is why the credit card info is stored. Thank you for understanding…
You may use the credit card on file to pay for your service after your appointment time, but may also pay cash (which is preferred)! All credit card transactions are secured through GlossGenius.
Cash is preferred and can be used instead of the credit card on file. Just let me know when you sit in my chair!
All payments are processed after the appointment and/or after a cancellation not canceled in time or No show
Cancellation Policy:
cancels 50% of your service for No show
Pricing.
Base prices are listed on the service menu, and are all a la carte’. If you want multiple styles please book for those. Ie. Trim and color touch-up.

Salon hours are WED- Sat 9 am – 6 pm (last appointment.)
